In the Arts District, artists and vendors can park for free in the fenced in lot at the corner of Colorado and Casino Center Blvd on a first-come-first-served basis. When the lot is full artists and vendors must find alternative location. On Fremont East, artists and vendors can park for free in the event lot on 6th Street between Fremont and Carson.
